I just talked to the Holiday Inn people, and they've agreed to add more rooms to their "Gathering of Eagles" $89.00 block. But as of 32 minutes ago 3:00 PM Central Time, they said call quickly

I just booked a room at the Comfort Inn on Van Dorn around noon (CST) today (02/19/07)

They still had some rooms available. They are close to the Metro Station and they do have a shuttle to the station.
