Aloha !
Super Bowl Sunday found the U.S. Marines Corps on the move !
Down the mountain and towards 'home' on Oahu .
Hawaii Gathering of Eagles was on hand , as a force of
1 man & 2 doggies , to greet them and wish them well on their way .
U.S. Troops : Thank You
Even U.S Army helicopters passing by overhead got in on the action !
The Marines paused their convoys at the very spot I chose to set up .
They seemed VERY pleased to see someone there offering
positive troops support !

This convoy greeting will take place again on Tuesday , Feb . 3rd
from approx 10:am and throughout the day .
Greeting convoys is NOT easy duty .... We only know very approximately
when they may pass by . Then we wait for hours until the next element
comes by . When the arrive , it's very swift , and then they are gone .
However they were pausing here for approx 10 mins .
It is hot and breezy at this location , with no shade other than that which your own car
provides . Facilities are several miles away . One must arrive 'self-contained' !

or call me and we can coordinate .
On another matter :
A short , professional video was made yesterday up at PTA .
Mr. Albertini and myself were both interviewed and footage
from both events were shown in a nicely balanced manner .
I have NEVER been asked to give a 'media interview ' and was
somewhat unprepared for it .
Please excuse me for using my 'nom de guerre ' !
I do not like to release personal information to the vastness
of the general Internet , if I can avoid it ......
