An Honorable Deed Done By Honorable Men

VVA Chapter 899 in Bordentown, NJ was one of the first groups in my region to sign on for GoE I.  They brought nearly all their men to stand with the rest of us that ever so cold and icy, but ultimately heart warming day back in March 2007.  Well they have now done something else for our brothers and sisters in arms who can no longer defend themselves.  In New Jersey they have pushed through legislation guaranteeing all unclaimed veterans remains will receive the proper military internment they deserve. Roman P. Niedzwiedz, 1st Vice President of the chapter is credited with being the force of nature needed to get this done, but all these honorable men had a hand in it.  They have for years now welcomed our newest combat veterans home to Ft. Dix, no matter the weather or time of day or night.  This then is just the latest wonderful chapter in their book of good deeds.

After you read the article below, I would ask that you drop them a line at one of the means below, and give them the atta boy they so richly deserve.  All too often we here at GoE ask you to contact someone for a reason that angers us all.  This is different.  These men are living up to their pledge that Never Again Will One Generation of Veterans Abandon Another.  Kudos to you my brothers.  We are all in your debt.  Manchu.
