My hat's off to Roger Peterson and his stalwart father, Fred, who have kept  hope alive in Connecticut. Roger convinced several family members to assist Eagles and participate in a counter rally at the State Capital in Hartford today.

The Moonbats assembled for a peace rally of sorts at the State Capital with their intent to march down the street.

Their numbers approached 25 or so that we saw arrive, while ours were about 10.

We had our usual appropriate signs defending the honor of our serving troops, veterans and families, while all I saw on their side was a fake US flag with the foot print of the American Chicken where the stars of a normal flag would have been. I didn't count the stripes.

Roger and I took exclusive photos of the event.

Newspaper reporters from the Hartford Courant and Journal Inquirer were there, but the Hartford Courant (pronounced croissant) woman did not photo any of our group that I saw.

I did a 2 minute interview on WTIC radio and I later heard a good 20 second sound bite that was positive for GOE and I thank them for that plug!

Hats off to all Eagles in attendance!
