We totally blew the IVAW out of the water and when they left, it was quickly, out the side door.  This was the sorriest bunch of losers I have ever seen in my life.  The have done us all a favor leaving the military.

 

Just so you know:  The IVAW demand troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan now and they want reparations paid to the Iraqi people.

 

They all signed up for college during a war (just ike my Son said), they are mad they were only getting paid $30,000 a year when contractors were making tons of money, they didn't even know what their mission was in Iraq since there were no WND's, they were complaining that their weapons didn't work right,  and the girl on the panel whined and cried about sexual harrassment (I told her I worked in an office, even men are sexually harrassed now, welcome to the real world honey) and 1 in 3 women are raped/sexually harrassed in the military, there are children over there and shooting going on, people were shooting at us, the most pathetic of them all was the guy who went on about growing up in an abusive home and then he joined the military to get some college benefits and the military was so traumatic for him he went AWOL!.....I was going to tell him he just should have signed up for therapy but, well......yada yada yada!   

 

From the beginning, Joe and I boarded on being thrown out continuously.  It was 3 strikes and you're out and we must have had 15 strikes all night.  One fellow made me "pinky promise" to be good (can you believe that) and I made the pinky promise but never kept it. Joe probed and interrupted as these whiners went on, and his probes were appropriate and illuninating.  The poor whiners were extremely frustrated because Joe would not allow the lies.  Thank you Joe. I think Joe did leave the room finally but he came back in. There wasn't anyone big enough to remove Joe if Joe didn't want to go and that really has nothing to do with his size. 

 

When they were done with their sad stories, then there was question and answer.  Joe basically told them they were a sorry lot and they never should have joined the military and it was despicable what they were doing to the Gold Star Families.  Things got heated and they took the mic from him.  Yours truly was up next and I finally got to shove their liberals leaders down their throats, in front of 48 bleeding heart liberals in the audience there soaking up their pity party.  I let them know that their weapons might not have been the best (but they should have kept them clean, my Son did 4 tours and never had a gun go out on him, and he used his quite often!) because while they were over their fighting many of the folks in the room with me had been to DC 8 times last year fighting Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin (who called you Nazis by the way) Schumer and Murtha to get funding for you and to keep them from cutting your funding. We fought for you to get your supplies and weapons because Pelosi and the Dems sent you to war then wouldn't fund you properly! So if you have a beef about your weapons and pay, take that up with them.  When the Dems wouldn't give you what you needed Bush found a way thru Contractors to get you help, so be thankful for that ! As far as why you were over there, in case all of you people here haven't noticed, since the brutal deaths of 3,000 Americans on 9/11, we have not been attacked on this soil since 9/11.  That is not an accident so in case nobody has told you, our Soldiers are doing one helluva a job and this grandmother appreciates that my grandchildren sleep safely in their beds at night, thanks to the brave service of the United States Military. The WMD's are a ridiculous point, our families' safety is the POINT!

 

Cindy of Soldiers Guardian Angels really spoke from her heart about their exploitation of these selfless Soldiers who gave all knowing their mission and believing in it.  She told them they have no right to exploit their courageous service. How dare you do this to their families?!!!

 

Several family members whose nephew/cousin names are on those boots told them to take the names off!

 

Joe and Mary provided one heck of an escort over there, flashing lights and all.  For all you two continue to do to honor our GOld Star Families and Blue Stars, We Love You Both.  You always stand for our Soldiers no matter what the time or cost.  THANK YOU!  

 

I lost it at the end when some liberal stood up and told them she can't take seeing anymore bodybags coming home and I yelled, well just what about the 3,000 body bags we saw within one hour on 9/11.  Why don't you ever bleed about that?!!! They told me they would call the Police and I told them go right ahead, I'm not leaving they'll have to take me away.  I guess they decided it would not be cool to arrest a Blue Star Mom.

 

All together, we had a great showing, about 35 folks showed up for us! Thank You Minutemen and Soldiers Guardian Angels!!!!!!! There was a Korean Vet there from the FrozenChozen and he yelled some pretty cool things.  God what A Hero.  When he got to the mic though they had cut off the questions!  Jerks!  We stayed after and observed the exhibit.  I never even saw my Son wear boots like these.  Joe stayed later and talked with some of the young folks and they really appreciated hearing our side of things.  I talked with SPAN, who hosted this macabre event and offered she host some of us to come and talk to these young people to add the perspective of proud parents of Soldiers who have looked these butchers in the eyes so they can understand why our Soldiers are over there and how evil these butchers are.  Isn't it only fair that they be informed of the danger of these terrorists.  Don't you owe it to the students to inform them of the truth too?  She said she will discuss it with SPAN.

 

Today I called Mary Zerkel of Eyes Wide Open and told her she once again has not honored the request of the families who asked her to take their Sons names off the exhibit. She tells me she did not know that Penich, Oschener, Morris and LaDuc were to be removed.  I reminded her of the Oct 29th conversation I had with her and she said well the families have to contact me and ask that the names be removed.  I told her Ms Hector did. She is sorry and she will call Nola Hector and apologize to her.  I told her if this was my Son she would be facing a lawsuit.  I told her we are going to follow her all over Illinois and I hope when I'm done with her she has no boots left to exploit.  I demanded the entire list of names from Illinois that she is exploiting so that these families can contact her, since she doesn't see it as her responsibility to contact them first.  She promises to email the list to me.  It is my hope that Tony Cutrano and Kirk Morris can help me get in touch with these families and allow them the courtesy to know that their Sons/Daughters are being used in this morbid exhibit. 

 

I suggested to her that what her exhibit is really missing are the 3,000 American shoes that were tragically and brutally wiped out by 11 Iraqi sandals on 9/11.  What about those precious American lives and it is despicable and traitorous that these American lives  aren't important to her!  Her answer:  Well that is not part of this exhibit!!! 

 

Thanks to all who came.  Folks, it really is time that we all come out in support and honor of our Troops.  They are doing their very best to keep us all safe and they have done one superior job. Those Soldiers who did not sign up for college during a war, Those Soldiers who believe in their mission and have looked these butchers in the eyes, know that they are the only thing standing between us and pure evil and we must honor them and stick up for them. 

 

Those who are afraid to get involved in this controversy, well, what good our men who do nothing when evil lurks around us?  And the jihadis are here and they are around us, and they are not just praying in the biggest Mosque in this country in Bridgeview, Illinois!

 

God Bless The United States Military.  Get Out And Support Them, Please.  Let's fight for them as they fight for all of us.
