On Sept 10 2010 Gathering of Eagles, in partnership with Solders Angels and Band of Mothers will present 18 laptops to our brave Wounded Warriors at Walter Reed Military Hospital. As Walter Reed will soon relocate to Bethesda Naval Hospital, the Sept 11 week end will include a cook out at Malone House with Concrete Bob. The laptops will be presented between 10:00AM and 1:00PM, followed by a troop support rally at the main gate with Free Republic.

 

Two voice command laptops will be presented to two troopers who have lost all four limbs in the service of this nation. Band of Mothers funded one laptop and the other has been funded in the name of all Gathering of those who have funded over 100 laptops since these missions started on Sept 11 2009.

Special thanks to the many groups and troop supporters who have made this mission possible. It has been my great honor to bring joy to our wounded and say a collective..Thank you for your service...Well Done...Welcome Home Brothers & Sisters.
